Data Deletion Request

We respect your right to privacy. This page explains what data WapFlow stores about you and how you can request its deletion, in accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679).
Who can request deletion?
Business account holders
WapFlow plan holders who want to close their account and delete all data for the business, staff and associated clients.
End clients
Clients of a business using WapFlow who interacted via WhatsApp, and who want to request deletion of their phone number and appointment history.
What data do we store about you?
- •Responsible person's name and company name
- •Email address and phone number
- •Associated WhatsApp Business number
- •Business settings (hours, services, staff)
- •Billing history (retained for 7 years under legal obligation)
- •Name and WhatsApp phone number
- •Appointment history (service, date, time)
- •Preferences declared in conversations
- •Communications opt-out status
The content of WhatsApp messages is not stored on our servers.
How to request deletion
Send an email to now@wapflow.me
Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
Include the following information in your email:
- • Your full name
- • Email or WhatsApp number associated with the account
- • Company name (if you are a plan holder)
- • Type of deletion requested (partial or full)
Wait for confirmation
We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and complete the process within 30 days, as required by the GDPR.
What happens after the request?
We will verify your identity to protect against unauthorized requests.
We will delete your personal data from all our systems and request deletion from relevant sub-processors.
We will send a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Exception: Billing data may be retained for up to 7 years under statutory accounting requirements, even after account closure.
Immediate opt-out via WhatsApp
If you received a message from a business using WapFlow and no longer wish to receive communications, reply with the word STOP in the WhatsApp conversation. The system will process your opt-out immediately and no further messages will be sent by that business through our platform.
For full deletion of your data, follow the email process described above.
